Ultra-low viscosity Mobil 1™ motor oil

Asian automakers in 2018 began recommending 0W-16 viscosity oil in certain makes and models. Mobil 1™ 0W-16 Advanced Fuel Economy ultra-low viscosity motor oil was developed to help improve fuel economy and increase engine efficiency in these specific modern engines.

Recommended viscosity for select gasoline and hybrid engines

Modern engines need advanced lubricant technology, especially as automakers work hard to deliver improved fuel economy without sacrificing wear protection. Mobil 1™ 0W-16 Advanced Fuel Economy is an ultra-low viscosity, advanced full synthetic formulation that was developed to help improve engine efficiency and provide outstanding wear protection.
